I want to introduce you to my company as the Local Dealer of (P.C) in India. I don't want my company to deal directly with the Local Dealer that's why I need an indigenous Partner to bridge the gap so that I or rather We can make profit from each purchase.
You buy from the Local Dealer at the rate of 1200 dollars I think about 64,000 INR and sale to my company at the rate of 4800 Dollars/256,000 INR per packet of 50 gram. The company will send delegate to India to buy from you in cash or any means payment you want. Then you give me my percentage share of the profit after the supply.
If you are interested in this business, revert back to get the Procedure, Terms and Conditions to proceed. What you are about to go into will be a life time project as far as this company exist, and all I will need from you in loyalty, honesty and faithfulness in all ramifications. As you have understood the business deal so far, I will now elaborate more on the intricacies and some conditions involved in the business to make it a success. Though in this first transaction, it may pose you some difficulties, which I am very sure that after the first transaction, you must have made much profit on your own that the subsequent transactions will be so easy for you to always carry out.
The company, from the beginning have always paid the farmer cash upon the delivery of the products and never in advance. So as you are representing the farmer from now onwards, you will have to make the purchase of the products directly from the Indian farmer with your own cash, at the low cost of 1,200 usd, which is there about 70,000 Indian rupees, and then supply to the company at the rate of 4,800 rupees, which is presently about Rs 297,204, which the company’s purchase manager that will be sent to you from here, will have to pay you in cash at the point of delivery, for the whole products being supplied by you. At the present, the company is bound to increase the quantity that will be placed in order because for quite some time now there has been no supplies made, as I was trying to arrange this partnership as it is now between you and i. So against the previous supplies that have been made before, this time it will be up to 350 sachets to be placed on order for purchase. But you will not have to purchase the whole 350 sachets all at once ,rather, you will make sure that the 350 sachets will be ready with the farmer, while you will have to purchase some samples from the farmer,20 sachets of the product,and supply to the company delegate who will be in his hotel room, he will then issue you 50% of the whole capital for the 350 sachets,then you will have to go back to the farmer and pay for the rest, then supply them to the company’s delegate and also collect the entire cash, and there ends the transaction for that session. The delegate will return here, and you will calculate all your expenses including the money you used to make the purchase, and deduct it first, then you will calculate 25% of the entire NET profit and send to me via my bank account. Like this you will continue to do it and it will be a huge success as long as I am concerned.
So from the explanations I have given to you, I will like you to consider these terms and conditions and then get back to me with your response so that either we proceed or we terminate the proposition.
1} You will not under any condition, allow the farmer (Rao Gupta) come in contact with our company’s purchasing delegate ,because doing so will make the company understand the price differences, which is the prior reason why I am deploying you into this position.
2} You will never expect that the company would send you any payment in advance at all because the company only send its purchase delegate with the cash payment, and payment has always been on cash on delivery of the products.
3} You must agree to send me the 25% of the total NET profit after each MONTH transaction, which as you know, this is the only way I will benefit from this our business relationship, but if at all the percentage is not ok for you, then tell me how many percent I will be getting from you each month after transaction.
4} You MUST always be sure that the products are ready before inviting the company’s purchasing manager to India to avoid wasting time there In India, or returning back to UK without the product, because this will make the company loose confident in me totally.
After you must have gone through these terms and conditions and agree on them, then I will furnish you the contact of the Indian local farmer whom you will contact so we can proceed immediately.
