This
project will certainly cost you little money. (1) Banking Procedures
i.e. to open an offshore bank account in your name with the same bank
where the funds are deposited or (2) To travel and meet with my attorney if
necessary to sign legal papers so you both proceed with this great task and
this I know might cost some little money. This is the truth and you either take
it or leave it as Life is "Free Will". I'm ready to prove there are
still persons with big and good heart's to help the less fortunate. If you are
