My dearest one,
I thank you for your reaction to my e-mail for the message that i sent to you, i am very happy for your response, how are you today over there in your country? like i told you i got your contact information directory in few weeks ago before i decided to contact you I decided to contact you because of my situation here i told you on my first mail that i contacting you for a purpose.

I am from Republic of Rwanda, attached above is my pictures but presently i am in Senegal due to the civil war that was fought in my country, i am in United Nation  for refugee camp here in republic of Senegal, i contacted you because i don't have any relatives who i can go to all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war, the only person i have now is Reverend Dede who is the Reverend Father divine love ministry  here in the camp.

He has been very nice to me since i came here and i am using his computer in his office to send this message to you but i am not living with him rather i am leaving in the woman's hostel because the camp have two hostels, one for men the other for women.

My late father, Dr. Acha Ngiga was Chairman Managing Director fine industrial in Kigali the capital city in my country, we are suffering here in this camp, even to eat is problem, Honestly i need your help out of this difficulties in Refugee camp please.
 
listen i keep this only to myself no one knows about it, but due to my situation here in the refugee camp i decide to contact you after my fasting and Prayers because no any option for me again. when my Father was alive he told me that he deposited  $6.5 Million U.S Dollars, six Million five Hundred Thousand Dollars, in a leading Foreign bank which he used my name as the next of kin which i have confirmed from the bank.

Considering this money, i have wrote to the bank to get the money and the bank responded and informed me that i am not qualified to receive the money that i should look for a business foreign partner to receive the money on my behalf, please i contact you as my business foreign partner, i want you to help me to enable the Bank release and transfer the money in your account on my behalf because i am in the refugee camp.

I have all the documents here with me, i have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me, which i will send them to you, also i will send the bank contact information to you so that you will contact the bank immediately. And after the transfer you will fly down here in Senegal and gate my traveling documents and air ticket to go with you over in your country for a better life.

you will  help me to place the money in a more profitable business venture in your country, you will also help me by recommending a nice University in your country so that i can complete my studies because i only attended my first year before the tragic incident took place in my life. As soon as i Receive your mail Showing your positive response i will put things into action immediately. I will send a letter of notification to the bank where the money was deposited by my late father for the possibilities of gating this money transferred into your account because i have already made a contact with them and for them to know my seriousness.
