This is a scam mail made for delivering virus program on different pc. If you got this mail into your mailbox don't try to download its attachment, because one out of the two is virus which will affect your pc. So better you delete it. The mail will look like shown below.

Dear customer!
We failed to deliver postal sent on the 28th of April in time because the recipient's address is wrong.
please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our department.
